Minimum requirements for ALL positions, qualified candidates must have:
• Possess a valid IL. driver’s license; valid auto ins. & a reliable vehicle;
• Must pass all required background checks;
• Good written & verbal communication skills. Must possess capacity to understand and empathize w/ the cultural, psychological and practical needs of the clients.
Add’l job requirements below.
Clinical Supervisor
MSW or Master’s degree in related counseling field & LCSW or LCPC credential or its equivalent required to provide therapeutic services to children in foster care, their birth parents & foster/adoptive parents in accordance w/ comprehensive, integrated assessment, permanency plan, and assessed needs of the child & family. This position also supervises other clinicians. Must perform functions w/ greater clinical expertise and function more independently than Master’s CWS/Therapist; have knowledge of DMS-V and its applications. This position will transport clients as needed.

Child Welfare Supervisor
MSW or Master’s degree in related human services field required & a min of 2 yrs. supervisory exp. and clinical license preferred. State of IL Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL) is required for this position; but training & certification to meet this requirement are available upon hire. This job requires flexibility, compassion, good communication skills, the ability to work well with a variety of personalities, a commitment to providing a strong supervisory presence for casework staff, openness to personal and professional growth, and above all a desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

Child Welfare Specialist
BSW, or Bachelor’s degree in human services field required, and State of IL Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL) and 2 yrs of related exp. preferred. This position coordinates and provides case management services to achieve and maintain permanency for children involved in the child welfare system.

Child Welfare Assistant
(part-time)
HS diploma/GED, AA degree preferred. This position provides transportation and supervision to children and parents in multiple county regions. Normal working hrs. varies & must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. No exp req’d. Basics of child development and parenting or equivalent life experience.
